Biodiversity Action Europe
Biodiversity Action Europe (BAE) is a youth-driven movement, passionate by biodiversity conservation & environmental protection.
BAE is rich in diversity: we all come from different backgrounds, from different countries; but we all want to defend the same cause: reversing biodiversity loss in Europe and beyond.

We seek transformative change through constructive dialogue: how? By empowering youths' voices. In this regard, we are chairing events and projects with our Umbrella members on biodiversity's thematic.

Recent Projects
BAE hosted our third roundtable under our Biodiversity and Agriculture cycle. Arthur Astoury from ARTHEN and European Young Rewilders presented on natural grazing and how it benefits biodiversity conservation. Natural grazing is a method of managing natural fenced protected areas using wild or rewilded native herbivores with minimal human intervention. Natural grazing relies on free-ranging animals, minimal human care, and no intervention in their habitats.
