Biodiversity Action Europe
Biodiversity Action Europe (BAE) is a youth-driven movement, passionate by biodiversity conservation & environmental protection.
BAE is rich in diversity: we all come from different backgrounds, from different countries; but we all want to defend the same cause: reversing biodiversity loss in Europe and beyond.

We seek transformative change through constructive dialogue: how? By empowering youths' voices. In this regard, we are chairing events and projects with our Umbrella members on biodiversity's thematic.

Recent Projects
For this event, we’ll be joined by Silvia Majo from Sembria, an organization that develops participatory, territory-based environmental projects combining scientific and local knowledge to foster collective transformation centered on people, life, and place.
Silvia Majo, as one of the co-funders of Sembria, will be sharing her experience on participatory methodologies for Montagu's Harrier–human coexistence in rural areas of Spain and how important these approaches are for an effective conservation plan.
